Does Aussie Bulk have a store where I can visit to see the item(s) i'm interested in person?

At the moment Aussie Bulk Discounting is 100% online and do not have a showroom or physical store to display its products, but feel free to contact us if you need more details about the items you're interested and someone from our team will gladly reply to help you out.

Does Aussie Bulk have a minimum items policy?

Although we started as an online store for businesses and selling items in bulk, over the past years we figured we could offer the same good prices and quality service for everyday shoppers like yourself. So, plain and simple, No, you don't have to buy a minimum amount of products. You can shop individual products as they're listed. Please note that some items are already listed with an indicated quantity. ie.: Set of 2 Dining Chairs (In this case only the set comprising of 2 Dining Chairs is available for purchase). Also, have in mind that we still offer special conditions on larger orders, don't hesitate to contact us if you're interested in buying in bulk.

How Can I Pay For My Order?

Aussie Bulk Discount accepts the following payment methods: Credit Cards; Paypal; and ZipPay.

How long until I receive my order

All our items are shipped from Melbourne and the estimated delivery time frames are: For customers in VIC, approximately 3 - 5 working days; For customers in NSW, SA, ACT, approximately 4 - 8 working days; For customers in QLD, NT,WA and TAS, approximately 7 - 10 working days. What if I change my mind afterwards?

If you’d like to return an item due to change of mind, return postage costs and restocking fees may apply. Please visit our 'Returns' link below this page for full conditions and more details. Please note that change of mind returns do not apply to big and bulky items.
